As long as the tickets have not been scanned before, people who have been purchased tickets will be permitted to enter the event. It is important that you, and the people that you have bought the tickets for, will be entering the event with you. Every single ticket has an unique barcode, which entitles one to enter the event once.
We are extremely sorry, but if you are sure that you will not be able to reach the Fest Festival, you have the right to cancel your ticket until April 14, 2023. However, in this case, a commission of 30% of the price of each returned ticket will be charged, and the refunded amount will be reduced accordingly by the aforementioned cost.

Refunds will be made up to 30 days after the end of the festival.

Fest Festival takes place in the Silesian Park in Chorzów. There is one entrance to the Fest Festival area.
The most convenient connection for all those traveling by train is access to the DWORZEC GŁÓWNY on KATOWICE station, and then get to the FEST Festival area by public transport.
In Chorzów, there are three railway stations well connected with the festival area.
Chorzow City Train Station (15min)
From the train station, go to the Chorzów Miasto Dworzec PKP tram stop. Take the T6, T11 or T19 tram and get off at the Chorzów Stadion Śląski stop.
Chorzow Batory train station (20min)
From the station, from the Chorzów Batory Dworzec PKP stop, take the bus 22, 48, 74, 139, 144 or the T20 tram. Get off at the Chorzów Rynek stop and change to the T9 or T11 tram. Get off at Chorzów Stadion Śląski stop.
Access is also possible by bus line 23. Get on at the Chorzów Batory Dworzec PKP stop and get off at Osiedle Tysiąclecia Ułańska.
Chorzow Old Railway Station (25min)
From the station, go to the Chorzów Stary Dworzec PKP tram stop, from where you can take the T6 or T19 trams directly. Get off at Chorzów Stadion Śląski stop.
Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport (1,5h)
From the airport, take the AP2 or AP3 bus to Katowice.
AP2 – get off at Katowice Sokolska stop and change to bus 820 (Katowice Piotra Skargi stop). Get off at the Park Śląski Ogród Zoologiczny stop and change to the T6, T11, T19 tram or walk.
AP3 – get off at the Katowice Dworzec stop and change to the T11 tram (Katowice Plac Miarki stop). Get off at Chorzów Stadion Śląski stop.
You can get directly from Katowice to the main entrance to the festival area by tram lines T6, T11 and T19. The nearest stop to the entrance is Chorzów Stadion Śląski.
No, you have to pay a fee for using public transport. Nevertheless, for the duration of the Festival, tram transport between Chorzów and Katowice will be strengthened by increasing the number of trams running on this route.
Yes, it is necessary to have documents confirming identity. In order to ensure the safety of festival participants, we recommend that everyone has a valid identification document with them. In addition, such a document will allow us to verify the age of people who have the right to stay at the festival site on their own. Detailed information in this regard can be found in the regulations.
Yes! If you don’t have an ID card, please take other document confirming your identity such as a passport or a student card.
Minors, who have not turned 16 can attend the concert by themselves as long as they obtain a valid ticket and ID. Lack of ID causes denied entry to the concert.
Minors under 16 years of age can attend the concert only under supervision of an adult and under their responsibility. Both the minor and the guardian need to have tickets.
Guardians are required to have a filled out declaration (template – declaration of the minor’s guardian). Having or filling in the form on site does not entitle a minor under the age of 16 to enter the event area by themselves.
Children up to 3 years of age (i.e. children who will not be 3 years old on the day of entering the event area) can participate in the event free of charge. Please note that they should have protective headphones.
Parents and guardians – remember to bring a document confirming the name and age of the young music fan to the party. Guardians of children under 16 years of age are required to have a completed appropriate declaration (wzór – oświadczenie opiekuna małoletniego).
We recommend you to arrive to the venue with advance as thousands of other music fans are getting there too! Planning the last minute trip might make you miss the concert of your favourite artist. We suggest arrival around 2h prior chosen artists show.
Yes! There will be special areas on the festival site, which apart from the persons with disabilities, can be also used by the pregnant women. Due to the nature of the event (i.a. the volume of the sound and the number of participants, especially near the stage area) we ask the future mums to think over their participation in the festival thoroughly.
Definitely NOT. A music festival is not a safe and suitable place for your pet.
What is not allowed to bring into the event:
We would like to inform you that the Festival has zero tolerance for possessors of any intoxicating substances. Other items that are prohibited from being brought into the festival area are listed in the event regulations.
Yes, you can bring a small power bank (which can fit in the hand) into the festival area.
NO. There are plenty of food and drink stalls throughout the festival area. It is allowed to bring an empty water bottle (metal or plastic) with a capacity of up to 1l.
Persons whose health condition requires specialized medications may have the necessary medications and medical supplies, but it is required to present a medical certificate confirming the need to carry them. Bringing your own food and drinks is possible only in the case of strictly defined diets confirmed by a medical certificate. At the same time, we ask the food and drinks to be stored in a manner that does not violate the regulations regarding safety (canned drinks, glass bottles, and thermoses are not allowed). People with diabetes are encouraged to take sachets with liquid glucose, available at any pharmacy.
Yes, but only an amateur digital camera with less than 6x optical zoom and a traditional amateur compact camera. It is not allowed to bring professional cameras, camcorders or other audio-video recording equipment without the organizer’s permission.
Each person planning to spend the night at the campsite needs a ticket authorizing entry to the campsite. One “camping” ticket entitles one person to enter the campsite and set up one tent.
The camping is open from August 8, 2023, 16:00 to August 14, 2023 10:00.
There is a deposit at the camping where you can leave your items. The deposit price is PLN 30.
The camping is an integral part of the festival area, so people planning to use this accommodation option are asked to comply with the rules regarding bringing food in non-commercial quantities. Unfortunately, any beverages – including water – cannot be brought into the camping in accordance with applicable regulations. It is worth noting that access to drinking water will be provided on the campsite. In addition, a shop will be available on the festival grounds, offering a wide selection of drinks and food at standard prices, as well as basic necessities.
No, the camping can only be entered by people who have purchased a ticket entitling them to enter the campsite and have a wristband entitling them to stay in this area.
To guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay at the camping, numerous facilities have been provided that will certainly make your time more pleasant.
No, each participant who wants to enter the camping is required to purchase a camping entry ticket. (in this case in addition to the camper pass).
The answer is yes, there is such an option. However, we encourage you to use it in moderation and in accordance with the regulations in force in a given parking area to ensure smooth traffic and convenience for other users. Parking in the area is allowed from 16:00 on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, until 16:00 on Monday, August 14, 2023.

In front of the entrance to the festival, there is a deposit point where participants can leave their belongings. The deposit fee is PLN 30. This service allows you to leave items that are not allowed on the festival grounds in a safe place.
A cloakroom is available on the festival grounds, where each participant can leave their personal items, such as a jacket, sweatshirt or backpack. However, it should be noted that the cloakroom does not function as a deposit. If you want to leave valuables in a safe place, we recommend using the deposit service.
There is a lost and found point located in the main depository within the festival area, so if you have lost any item, Lost&Found is the place to go. If your lost items didn’t make it, please contact us at lost@followthestep.com.
In all zones an the festival site, you can pay with your payment card.
Yes, whenever a disabled person wants to attend the event with a guardian, each of them need to buy a ticket.
In justified cases, guardians of people with severe disabilities may use free admission to the festival area (only with a person with a significant degree of disability) after prior contact with the organizer and granting individual consent.
Platforms overlooking the stages are located at each main stage of the festival. Designated volunteers will help all interested parties reach them and ensure that unauthorized persons do not use these platforms. Only one accompanying person may enter the platform together with a person with a disability.

There is a medical point on the festival area.
Remember to drink enough water and protect yourself from the sun and heat. If you feel unwell, ask for help from the medical service or information or security service employees.
You can take photos and videos on the festival grounds, but only with amateur digital cameras/camcorders with an optical zoom of less than 6x and traditional amateur compact cameras. You cannot bring professional cameras, camcorders or other audio-video recording equipment. If you would like to take professional photos at the festival, check out the MEDIA tab on the festival website.
Participants can use a dedicated application that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
The application allows you to check the line up of individual stages and activities at the festival, registration for workshops and use the festival map.
